Artist Highlight: Phil Rolli
Although Phil is one of our newest resident tattooers at Hidden Hand Tattoo, he has been tattooing around the Seattle area for over 10 years. Well known for his bold American Traditional art in both color and black and grey. However, he won’t shy away from any custom work or a challenge outside of his element and will always execute it with fantastic results.
